Another perspective of what is happening in Ukraine. Following is as received, no comments from my side

“Risk mitigation and threat assessment: Russia-Ukraine false flags?

“Author's Note: The underlying non-shared and non-disclosed information on which all contributions are based is restricted and sensitive and NOT reported on this platform LinkedIn. This does not apply to the named open sources.

This is NOT Russian propaganda, let that be clear. But in that respect, understand better what is happening with boots on the ground.

Just monitor both sides of the spectrum. It is said #Russia is losing, well not really.

Sources already reported before the war (or military operation), that the eastern and southern parts of #Ukraine (the coastline and the area east of the Dnieper) are primary targets. Apart from the presence of Biolabs, nuclear facilities and sub-units and paramilitary groups within the Ukrainian army.

The whole southern part of Ukraine, read the Black Sea area is under Russian military control, Mariupol has actually already fallen and contact with Moldova is imminent (Odesa will be the last stage).

The eastern part is already largely taken and the main city of Kharkiv is also cut off and surrounded. Kyiv is actually already surrounded as well, but this is a nice military diversionary tactic according to source information.

Most best trained and equipped Ukrainian forces (about 60,000) in the Donbas area are cut off from the rest and have two choices, surrender or be killed in action. This group is in the pincer grip from the east and south. The Russian army groups have surrounded them and it is only a matter of time until the lemon is squeezed.

The situation for the Ukrainian army is not as rosy as it is made out to be. Many units are surrounded, cut off from the rest and cannot operate on their own. Many military command structures are no longer operational. Both in the air and on land. The sea is not part of this story.

Also, it is not widely known, that Russia usually tries to avoid non-military targets, even if it does happen, but that is inherent to a war zone, no matter how terrible it is for the civilian population (sources report very early, that this was an explicit service order). This is also the reason, that the progress seems to stagnate, but actually, nothing stagnates. It is going step by step with surgical precision. It is a typical Russian war method.

Furthermore, most of the Biolabs have been or are being tracked down and taken over by Russia. Why do you think they went like a whirlwind to Chernobyl? Why do you see a hasty US confirmation after the first Russian reports about it?

And finally, why do the Russians want to negotiate with the Ukrainians. Because they are on the winning side and set the 6 points demands and agenda from the very first meeting.

It is a typical Russian chess game.

The only high risk now is a 'false flag' biological/chemical attack and operation staged by desperate Ukraine elements so Russia will be blamed. Why should Russia, winning the war, use such weaponry? Not necessary.”

Hard to know what to believe. I think all information sources are compromised.

Now, I just watched the interview given by US Reserve Bank Chairman, Powell. The RUSSIANS are thankfully able to bypass the Visa Card, by using the *Chinese Unionpay, which has operations in 180 countries. Soon, all Asian, and ASEAN countries too, apart from India, South Korea, perhaps even Japan too, since Japan is in the newly formed RECEPT trade organisation, too. Australia and New Zealand who are in such a trading grouping too, will have to come up with an alternate paying system . 

Since China is the Biggest Trading Nation on Earth, with turnover of more than 6 trillions US , almost 3 times that of the US Trade Volume, China will now encourage Asian countries to trade, using a Basket of Asian Currencies, bypassing US Dollar.

This will be the start of the US Currency decline, in the world trading system, as a reserved currency. Joe Biden wouldn't have an iota of brain cells, to fathom such a scenario. 

Of course, US and her other Western Allies, like Australia, will suck up to the Yanks, till we have screwed ourselves, in the end.

Our world will end up in a very different scenario from what we are witnessing and experiencing today. You can say our world will end up in Two Economic and Militarily sphere of influence, one lead by China, and one by US. 

The ultimate scenario one day is this: China will have an economy twice bigger, than the US. Since China has 1.4 billions people, as soon as her GPD per person reaches even $30,000 per person, when that final goal is completely accomplished. US Hegemony has almost ended right now. 

US, which banned Venezuela Oil Import, is now scrambling to ask Venezuela, to export oil to US. Even deaf & dumb, and blind Yanks, are asking Iran to export oil too. 

EUROPE will be the Ultimate Biggest Loser in the end, if the Western World keeps going down this destructive path. Since Europe comprises Energy Dependent Countries, for Oil and Gas. Will Europe want to pay 2 to 3 times more, for US Liquefied Petroleum Gas ? This newly elected Chancellor hasn't a brain to figure this out. Unlike previous German Chancellor, Angela Merkel; she stood her ground against US objection to Russian Gas Pipe Line. President XI has just spoken to German Chancellor and French President, warning them that they are going to be in deep shit, if the war in Ukraine doesn't work out amicably to all parties concerned.

Opinion:

It costs a lot to get into a war, and it costs even more to get out of it (as we have seen in Afghanistan and Iraq). In the wealthy democracies of today, jobs and standard of living are top priority for the voters. Ukraine doesn't have any material impact on either. The main preferred narrative here is about inequality, culture wars and race relations.

The Europeans have a long history of quarrelling among themselves. Finally, they have had some sort of peace over the last 70 years, combined with good jobs and standard of living. NATO is a US creation, which on the surface gives some semblance of unity. LIke the US, they don't really have the will to fight because voters are focused on other things. As long as the body bags are filled with Ukrainians, they will look the other way.

For dictatorships run by oligarchs, the calculations are different, because war is a convenient way to hide failures on other domestic fronts. 

I don't think the war will expand beyond Ukraine, because strong armies are backed by strong economies. Russia is 11th in GDP and knows its limits. 

Ukraine will be neutered and if it plays its cards right, it can end up like Finland.

The US is fortunate in that it is far from the world's hotspots. Its borders are either oceans or friendly countries that depend on its largesse. It primarily has to worry about nukes from afar. 

It is happy to make all the right noises, but equally willing to allow Ukraine to be the sacrificial goat. It is all about managing the economic and political return-risk tradeoffs.

Opinion:

Every country wants a buffer zone between it and enemy neighbour, and if it has one already, no country would like to give up that. But going for war is too much of a response that is not called for. Both Russia and US want Ukraine to be its client State. 

The present dispensation, with President Zelensky and all his men--most of them having duel citizenship, the other one most often being from US--is tilting Ukraine towards US.

India has taken the strategic stand instead of the moral stand. Even though Russia has not gone out of the way and come to India's help in times of need, India went out of the way and mitigated the Russian tragedy when the Russian ruble collapsed on earlier occasion, wiping off India's debt to Russia; India sent RBI Governor to renegotiate the debt, against India's interest. The communist intellectuals were nodding with a sign of approval, saying this is in return for Russia helping India at Security Council. 

Even on strategic plane, it is reported that Russia is delaying the spares and hiking their prices, in short behaving just like an oligopolist. That is the real politic, as India needs Russia--especially to moderate against China-- and not the other way round.

Thus, this time it comes as a surprise that India has acted rather maturely and with patience, even downplaying its rhetoric on moral grounds. "A" - for its moves.

While Russian-Ukrainian war is ongoing, let's take a look at the composition of the Ukrainian government:

The core decision-making inner circle of Ukrainian President Zelensky is actually based on his circle of friends when he was an actor.

1. The Chief of Staff of the Presidential Palace, Andre Yemark, is a comedy producer;

2. The head of the Presidential Administration, Andre Bodin, is a lawyer in the entertainment industry;

3. The president's chief policy adviser, Sergey Sheffey, is a comedy writer;

4. Ivan Bakanov, deputy chairman of the Ukrainian Supreme Intelligence Service, is the boss of a comedy film company;

5. Senior adviser to the Ukrainian National Defense Committee, Sergei Sivoko, is also a comedian and is Zelensky's partner in acting.

        

If you just look at their resume, you can't tell whether it is a film and television company or a country's decision-making body.

        

Why has Ukraine completely ignored the geopolitical relations of major powers over the years? It seems that homeland security and national development have nothing to do with these politicians-because it really doesn't matter, they are basically not Ukrainians.

        

Because Ukraine recognizes dual nationality, 80% of senior government officials are American, and 90% of the wealth and people of the rich are in London or Switzerland.

        

During the 2008 Olympics, the pro-American Georgian President Saakashvili, who was ordered to attack by Putin, was defeated and overthrown and transformed himself into the governor of Odessa Oblast, Ukraine.

        

The female health minister of Ukraine is the most typical example. She was born in the United States. Before 2013, she was an American general doctor. She went to Ukraine in 2013, naturalized in Ukraine in 2015, and was promoted to Deputy Minister of Health in 2016.  In 2019, Zelensky defied all opposition and was appointed health minister.

        

The three ministers appointed by Ukraine's parliament in November 2014 are all foreigners:

The Secretary of the Treasury is American;

The Minister of Health is Georgian;

The Minister of Economy is Lithuanian;

The former president of Georgia was the governor of Odessa;

The last president, Petro Poroshenko, was said to be a CIA informant.

        

As for the grassroots troops, many frontline commanders are American and have joined Ukraine in recent years.

        

In terms of quantitative statistics, the indicators are like this:

        

① 80% of senior officials hold U.S. citizenship (dual citizenship is legal).

        

② 90% of the wealth of the rich are in Europe and the United States.

        

③ Zelensky is neither Russian nor Polish, but Jewish, and he also has a mansion and huge assets in the United States.

        

Is there any hope for ordinary people in such a country?

When the war comes, will anyone think about this land from the point of view of the country and nation?

        

So what is the ultimate goal of so many people with American and Western European nationalities infiltrating Ukraine?

        

The Ukrainian government is a high-sounding government in the name of the Ukrainian state and the Ukrainian people. In fact, it is nothing more than a shadowy cabinet.  Living in such a country is helpless and tragic, and it is really hard for more than 40 million Ukrainian people!

This is the result of allowing globalists to install their puppets. India must be careful. Puppets are everywhere.
